Privacy

This site sets no cookies, so there's no cookie banner. We only collect personal data when you sign up for a free event (name, email, phone). Our host, Vercel, processes technical data such as your IP address and browser to serve the site and to produce anonymous visit counts.

Better Days Club, [legal name and address to be added]. Contact: info@betterdaysclub.co

We use Vercel Analytics without cookies. It counts page views and taps on “Buy ticket”, recording which Event's button was tapped, so we know which events people look at. It doesn't identify you or follow you to other sites.

Vercel Inc. hosts the site and provides the analytics. It processes technical request data on our behalf only to run the site and count visits. Supabase Inc. hosts our database, where free event sign-ups are stored, on our behalf.

Anonymous visit counts rely on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in knowing which events people are interested in. Free event sign-ups rely on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) and on taking the steps you asked for, putting you on the event's list (Art. 6(1)(b)).

“Buy ticket” takes you to betterdaysclub.co ↗ (opens in a new tab), our Shopify shop. Payment and any details you enter there are handled by the shop under its own privacy policy. The link carries campaign tags so the shop knows you came from here.

When you sign up for a free event, we store your first name, surname, email and phone number, plus which event and when. We use them only to know who is coming and to contact you about that event; we don't send newsletters or share them with anyone else. The data is stored by Supabase, our database provider, as our processor. We keep it for up to 12 months after the event, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner, or withdraw your consent, at any time: info@betterdaysclub.co

Instagram, maps, Google Calendar and sponsor sites open in a new tab and have their own policies. The calendar file is made here and saved to your device.

Your language choice lives in the address (/pl or /en), not in a cookie.

You can ask us for access to data about you, to correct it or to erase it, and you can object to its processing. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time; this doesn't affect processing done before. You can also complain to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO).
